Why sponsor? The convention is tailored to your preference to engage attendees. To have a large presence, we offer a variety of sponsorships to help you get the most from your investment — combining sponsoring, exhibiting and advertising. To meet attendees and prospective clients face-to-face, exhibit at the trade show, which is held in the same space as the registration and information desk. If you prefer a hands-off approach or are on a tight budget, we have print advertising options in the convention program and/or an insert in the all-attendee bags.

To take full advantage of the convention, exhibitors who reside outside the Minneapolis area are encouraged to stay at the Millennium Hotel, the official convention hotel.
The convention rates are $119 single/double, $129 triple and $139 quad occupancy, plus tax. Each guest room has complimentary internet access. Convention guests staying at the Millennium can park for free.
